Grade 7 £33,862-£37,079 actual per annum (£37,280-£40,777 FTE). Working pattern: 37 hours per week/41 weeks per year. Contract term: Permanent.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Inclusion Support Manager to join our Trust. This key position is for a dedicated professional who is passionate about safeguarding, inclusion, and improving outcomes for all learners.
This role is about providing timely advice and support to safeguarding and inclusion teams. You will maintain oversight of safeguarding systems, identify trends, and guide school leaders to ensure effective responses.
In addition to safeguarding, you will provide targeted SEND leadership support to schools and SENCOs, helping to develop inclusive provision and learning experiences for pupils. You will coach colleagues, share best practice, and ensure interventions are delivered effectively, while liaising with Local Authorities to secure appropriate funding and provision.
This area of your role will require strong expertise in safeguarding and SEND, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships across multiple settings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
