A leading insurance provider in the UK is seeking an Incident Coordinator to manage end-to-end incident management processes. You will coordinate response teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and perform root cause analysis. The role requires relevant experience in corporate risk or resilience and offers hybrid working, a competitive salary around £38,000 per year, and various employee benefits that promote work-life balance.
As Incident Coordinator you will support the end-to-end Incident Management process for Allianz UK. This includes incident notification, assessment, prioritisation, escalation, response team activation, meeting coordination, recording, reporting, trend and root cause analysis.
Pay: Circa £38,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
