  • Saturday – Day off

We’re looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager.

You’ll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high‑quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store, but you’ll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team
  • Plan their rotas and work patterns
  • Complete their timesheets so that they get paid correctly
  • Support with flexibility in working times to meet business needs
  • Monitor and manage health & safety for yourself and others on site
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast‑paced retail environment with experience of cleaning
  • Responsible for stock management, time recording, and employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management
  • Degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs
