This high-performing Real Estate Investment business are seeking an enthusiastic, career-driven Property Solicitor to join their collaborative legal team in Central London.

The Role

The business is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Solicitor with deep expertise in residential real estate, residential litigation, commercial real estate, and property management. This role will involve providing expert legal guidance, managing complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will take ownership of their role and help shape the residential team's success while being supported by a legal assistant.

Key responsibilities include providing legal advice on residential and commercial property transactions, managing residential litigation cases, and ensuring contracts, leases, and tackling various legal documents. A strong emphasis is placed on compliance, ensuring all company activities align with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with external counsel and internal stakeholders to protect the company's interests, contribute to policy development, and streamline processes to enhance team performance. Reporting responsibilities include preparing detailed updates for the CLO and senior management. This position also encourages proactive engagement to identify opportunities for improving legal and operational effectiveness.

Requirements
