In-House Property Solicitor | Cheshire

The Role

You will join a close-knit team as an In-House Lawyer, supported by the Head of Legal and working alongside 4 other legal professionals.

You can expect to gain exposure to a variety of residential and commercial property matters, including plot sales, land acquisition, and infrastructure agreements. The work is varied and interesting and you will play a vital role in the growth of the business and its ongoing success.

There will be a high level of training provided, particularly on commercial matters, so applications are encouraged from Residential Property Solicitors who are keen to gain exposure to Commercial Real Estate work.

Requirements
  • As a guide, this role would suit a Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer between NQ - 5 years PQE
  • Experience in Residential Conveyancing (ideally new builds / plot sales) is essential, commercial property experience is advantageous
  • Comfortable working with autonomy in a supportive environment
