In House Mobile Phone Repair Technician

Crewe, Cheshire (Onsite)

Salary: 27,094.60 per annum

Hours: Monday-Friday, 42.5 hours per week

Are you passionate about technology? Do you have experience in repairing mobile phones, tablets and gadgets? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Mobile Repair Technician role.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Replacing or repairing buttons, ports, batteries, screens, phone casing and other parts of different devices
  • Diagnosing faults on devices using visual inspections, manual tests and diagnostic software
  • Carrying out repairs with care and attention using magnetic screwdrivers, tweezers and other essential tools
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and following all health and safety procedures
  • Keeping up to date on the latest devices via our training platform
  • Completing quality control checks using a visual inspection checklist and quality control software
  • Respecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection / information security policies and procedures
