The role of In-House Legal Counsel will report into the CFO and will provide comprehensive legal support across the Group, with a focus on customer contracts, commercial contracts and property leases.

The role will support the business in ensuring that all contractual and legal processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with the Group s operational objectives.

We are looking for someone with the following background:

  • UK-qualified solicitor or legal executive with 1 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Demonstrable experience in NHS contracts and commercial contract law and property lease management.
  • Strong understanding of contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
