Job description

A fantastic opportunity to join a top international law firm based in London as an In-house Employment Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on employment matters, particularly in complex international restructuring and outsourcing projects.
• Handle a broad range of employment law issues
• Employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, investigations)
• Employment litigation and settlements (including managing external counsel)
• Policy review and updates
• Employment contracts and reward policies
• Support on corporate transactions (e.g. TUPE)
• Deliver legal updates and training to HR and business teams

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years PQE, ideally with prior in-house experience.
• Experience in regulated or partnership environments and international employment law.
