• Experience in trusts and general commercial/corporate work required.
• Ideally suited for experienced Paralegal/legal executive.

Responsibilities

• Complete company secretarial matters including drafting minutes and resolutions.
• Assist with administration of trusts and draft relevant trust deeds.
• Draft and review trust documents and various legal agreements.
• Negotiate and communicate with third parties on trusts and client companies.
• Prepare client proposals for establishing trusts and related entities.
• Draft and proof-read investment fund documentation.
