Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Colchester is looking for a compassionate and proactive Healthcare Assistant to join the team. This role involves directly supporting patients in their homes, utilizing complex care skills. Candidates must have experience in Tracheostomy and other care qualifications. The position offers weekly payments, a referral fee, and flexible shifts. Qualifications

• Tracheostomy experience is essential.
• Experience with complex care procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Using complex care equipment and performing complex care procedures.
• Supporting clients outside of the home for medical appointments.
• Caring for patients within their homes and building rapport with family members.
• Following care plans and reporting changes to clinical leads.
