Contract Role: Implementation Managers

Location: Heathrow (Hybrid - approx. 3 days / week on-site)

Start Date: ASAP | Contract Length: 12 months +

Rate: CIRCA £51.33 per hour (£385 per day)

IR35 Status: Inside IR35 - Umbrella PAYE

Hours: 37.5 per week

The Role

We're seeking Implementation Managers to join high-profile telecommunications and Security infrastructure enhancement programmes at Heathrow Airport. This is a hands‑on delivery role focused on the design, implementation and construction of telecoms infrastructure and connected systems such as passenger displays, access control, CCTV and associated telecommunications cabling infrastructure.

You’ll help lead complex infrastructure projects from tender to closeout, working closely with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery to time, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across a number of sites within the Heathrow estate.
• Manage suppliers and ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
• Forecast and secure resources to meet future project demands.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate handovers and produce 'as built' documentation.
