We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for an Implementation Advisor to join them for an initial 12-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage client implementations end-to-end, across the bank's range of cash management solutions.
• Work in partnership with clients to create and agree project delivery timelines, clear communication of project statuses, identification/mitigation of risks and swift root cause analysis and resolution for issues.
• Provide a professional & tailored approach to meet the needs of all clients, utilizing project management routines where necessary for larger scale deliverables.
• Manage conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Co‑ordinate all elements of relevant KYC and Legal documentation required to facilitate client onboarding.
• Keep stakeholders updated on the progress of the onboarding, and highlighting any related issues.
• Connect with internal teams to manage onboarding; and influencing where necessary to ensure that strict timelines are met for clients.
• Complete relevant product & service setups within systems, logging all relevant documentation/emails within a central repository for audit trails.

Skills & Experience:

• You will have previous experience in a client facing or client engagement role.
• You will have a track record of managing projects with differing timelines.
• You will possess excellent written and verbal communication and use it with stakeholders internally and externally.
• You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing clients' needs effectively.

Additional supporting skills:

• An analytical mind that enjoys solving problems will be an advantage.
• Any prior experience gained within financial services or investment banking would be a plus.
• A broad understanding of cash and treasury.

Location:

This is an on‑site working role, with a requirement to work from the client's Bromley office 5 days a week.

Working hours:

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
