Qualifications

• Experience as an Apprenticeship Coach within Insurance is essential.
• Understanding of EPA requirements and coaching methodologies is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Guide apprentices through their learning journey and provide tailored support.
• Facilitate monthly progress meetings and track apprentice development.
• Prepare apprentices for their End Point Assessment.
