Job summary

A leading consultancy firm seeks an experienced IFS Service & Maintenance Consultant to lead initiatives and deliver best-practice solutions. The consultant will guide clients, mentor junior team members, and oversee Service & Maintenance streams across IFS implementations. Strong knowledge of Work Orders and field service environments are essential. This role is home-based with travel requirements and offers a competitive salary of £75,000.

• Multiple IFS implementations in Service / Maintenance / FSM.
• Strong functional knowledge of Work Orders, PM, Service Contracts, FSM.
• Experience in field service or asset-heavy environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead Service & Maintenance streams across IFS implementations
• Run workshops with service, engineering, and ops teams
• Design best-practice IFS Service / Maintenance solutions
• Support pre-sales and collaborate across technical / functional teams
• Mentor junior consultants and act as a trusted client advisor

What You Bring

• Multiple IFS implementations under your belt (Service / Maintenance / FSM)
• Strong functional knowledge of Work Orders, PM, Service Contracts, FSM
• Experience in field service or asset-heavy environments
• Confident communicator, strong ownership, delivery-focused
• IFS Cloud and consultancy / partner experience a bonus
