Job summary

A leading financial services company in Belfast is seeking an experienced IFC Implementation Lead. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end rollout of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) process. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless compliance with IFRS requirements. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in financial services, strong project management skills, and a degree in Finance or a related field. This position allows for a hybrid work model with significant remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of work experience in financial services, ideally in a finance function.
• 3-5 years of management experience in diverse operational finance teams.
• Proven track record in managing complex finance and multi-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end IFRS implementation ensuring project milestones are met.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
• Define team structure and resource requirements for both project delivery and BAU support.
• Oversee testing, controls effectiveness, and integration of IFRS into IT systems.
