A well‑established financial planning firm in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an enthusiastic IFA Administrator to join their growing team. About the Role

You will be responsible for providing high‑quality administrative support to the advisers and paraplanners, ensuring smooth delivery of client service across the business. The firm is looking for someone proactive, organised and confident working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting advisers with end‑to‑end administrative tasks
  • Preparing and processing client documentation and applications
  • Liaising with providers to obtain information and update policies
  • Maintaining accurate client records and back‑office data
