We’re looking for a tech-savvy ICT Technician to join a busy secondary school. You’ll be the friendly face that staff and pupils turn to when they need IT support, keeping the school’s digital world ticking over.
Setting up and maintaining IT equipment across the school
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Supporting teachers with classroom technology (interactive boards, projectors, printers—you name it)
Ensuring systems are safe, secure, and up to date
Helping students make the most of their digital learning tools
Strong IT skills with experience in hardware/software troubleshooting (experience in a school setting is desirable)
Knowledge of networks, servers, and classroom tech (bonus if you’ve worked in schools before)
Calm, reliable, and quick-thinking under pressure
A people person who enjoys problem-solving and supporting others
You must have an enhance childs DBS
