Overview

Are you passionate about technology and eager to equip young people with the digital skills they need for the future? A forward-thinking secondary school is seeking an enthusiastic ICT Teacher to join their Computing department and inspire students to become confident, capable users and creators of technology. Starting ASAP.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum and relevant exam specifications.

  • Set, mark and assess classwork, homework, and assessments, providing constructive feedback to support student progress.

  • Inspire learners through practical projects such as coding, web design, and multimedia production.

  • Monitor and track pupil attainment, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents and senior leaders.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the ICT and Computing curriculum and integrate technology across the school.

  • Support extracurricular activities such as coding clubs, robotics, or digital competitions.

  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and whole-school events.

Qualifications
