About the Role

In this position, you will take ownership of the school's IT infrastructure, ensuring networks, servers, applications, and backups run smoothly and securely. You'll work closely with senior leaders to plan IT projects, deliver upgrades, and provide expert technical support to staff. This role combines leadership, strategy, and practical IT management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain the school's IT network, servers, switches, Microsoft 365, and backup systems.
  • Lead and mentor ICT support staff while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to staff to make the most of IT systems.
  • Produce weekly updates and monthly service reports, including SLA performance.
  • Drive improvements, upgrades, and IT projects to enhance systems and services.
