A regional emergency service is looking for an ICT Helpdesk Technician to join their team. The role involves providing first-line ICT support, resolving complex issues, and maintaining IT services. Essential skills include a working knowledge of IT infrastructure and experience with ITSM systems. A Level 3 qualification in IT or equivalent experience is required. The position offers flexible working arrangements and generous benefits including annual leave, health services, and training opportunities.
Contract Type: Temporary until March 2027
Salary: Grade D - Salary £30,518 - £33,143 per annum
Location: Joint Headquarters at Butterly Hall, Ripley
Hours : 37 hours per week, however you may occasionally need to work beyond normal office hours.
Agile working arrangements can be discussed with the successful candidate.
