Working Hours: Day Shifts offering flexibility Monday to Friday


We’re looking for a hands-on Process Engineer – Press Operations to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role ensures compliance with DMUK and EU standards while driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and Setting Up Presses:This includes loading raw materials, setting up tools and dies, and adjusting machine settings to achieve desired results.
  • Checking Product Quality:Inspecting finished products for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance:Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and performing basic maintenance on the machinery.
  • Following Production Plans:Adhering to production schedules and instructions to meet targets.
  • Documentation:Maintaining performance logbooks and documenting any issues or changes.
  • Safety:Adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate safety gear.
  • Working with Others:Liaising with team leaders, engineers, and other operators to ensure smooth operations.
