Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ post qualification experience in a reputable law firm.

• Fluency in Spanish or other European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate leveraged finance documentation.
• Liaise with the Transaction Advisory team.
• Assist with deal execution and conditions precedent.
