Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience in hotel, tourism, or maritime sector (desirable).
• Experience of onboarding and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Create talent pools of suitable candidates maintaining contact with them.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse recruitment methods and adapt strategies when necessary.
• Identify recruitment criteria to maximise candidate flow.
• Sift candidate applications and present shortlisted candidates.
