Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Specifications, Technical, or Raw Material-focused role.
• Strong understanding of GMP, food safety standards, HACCP, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain accurate product specifications that meet all legislative requirements.
• Conduct raw material risk assessments and maintain the Raw Material Directory.
• Support operational needs and customer expectations.
