This role offers hybrid working, handling a variety of property matters within a supportive public-sector environment. Candidates should have 3+ years of PQE in Residential Property Law and competence with Case Management Systems. Flexible hours are also available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PQE in Residential Property Law as a Solicitor.
• Experience in residential property work within a local authority or comparable setting.
• Competence with IKEN or other recognised CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handling Right to Buy matters and buy-back transactions.
• Managing sales and purchases of residential properties.
• Dealing with lease extensions, renewals and drafting.
• Advising on Consent Orders.
• Processing and advising on Assets of Community Value (ACV) applications.
