Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE) with experience in real estate, property finance, or related transactional work.
• Exposure to portfolio, development, or securitisation transactions is highly desirable.
• Strong client focus, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with colleagues on inter-disciplinary residential and commercial portfolio transactions.
• Attend project meetings and liaise with clients and counterparties.
• Support project management, including task delegation and supervision.
• Lead aspects of property charging and securitisation transactions.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with procedures.
