The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of tribunal appeals, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess litigation practicing rights. Applicants must be qualified solicitors, barristers, or fellows entitled to practice in England and Wales, with relevant experience. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £360 per day and is within the public sector.

Qualifications

• 2 years post-qualification experience OR a newly qualified Solicitor/Barrister with substantial experience.
• Established history of managing caseloads and advising on legal matters.
• Ability to analyse risk and benefit in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of tribunal appeals and litigation.
• Provide legal advice in a health and social care regulation setting.
• Manage enforcement activity and caseloads.

Strong Communication skills
