  • Handling unexpected property issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Budget tracking and cost reporting.
  • Strong MS Office skills for documentation and communication.
  • Demonstrated expertise in property compliance and safety standards.
  • Proven experience overseeing and managing security infrastructure.
  • Skilled in managing end-to-end purchase order processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.
  • Manage store maintenance activity, acting as the main contact for queries.
  • Support with any store projects globally, including new openings and refits.
  • Ensure all administrative and operational elements of store closures and openings are completed effectively.
  • Manage communication with landlords and contractors.
  • Track budgets and process invoices accurately.
  • Raise and authorise Purchase Orders within the scope of responsibility.
  • Maintain ongoing compliance for all managed properties.
  • Support the maintenance of security systems including access control.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand and promote sustainability.
