Qualifications

• Industry qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or Construction.
• Previous experience in project engineering, construction management or commissioning.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication, organisation and coordination skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving SME environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of project delivery activities.
• Undertake site surveys and prepare technical documentation.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support commissioning activities.
• Review design drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Assist with procurement and scheduling of materials.
• Contribute to project meetings.
• Support project handover and client demonstrations.
