• To live within commutable distance for onsite working.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of pharmacists and GP's within professional boundaries.
• Conduct face-to-face medication reviews.
• Provide expert advice on medications to clinicians and patients.
• Deliver clinical leadership on medicines optimisation.

Skills

Knowledge of EMIS Clinical System

Ability to conduct polypharmacy medication reviews

Experience with clinical audits

Education

Independent Prescribing Qualification

CPPE Pathway or Exemption
