This role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting Underwriters throughout the policy process. Ideal candidates will possess strong administration and communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office or customer support environment.
  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communication across phone and email.
  • Good literacy and numeracy, with the ability to follow structured processes.
  • A proactive, steady and organised approach to managing workload.
  • Comfortable working within a regulated environment where accuracy is key.

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Updating customer details and requirements on the internal system.
  • Preparing and issuing quotations.
  • Progressing applications to completion, following Underwriter instructions.
  • Issuing policy documentation and certificates.
  • Liaising regularly with Underwriters and customers to move cases forward.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of the company’s social media presence (desirable).
