Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with the team and clients.
  • Create, amend, and format documents accurately.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meeting requests and logistics.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and preparation of itineraries.
  • Update contacts and business development entries in InterAction.
  • Input timesheets onto Intapp and assist with time entries in 3E.
  • Complete and submit expense forms correctly.
