Job summary

A leading integrated brand performance agency in the UK is seeking a Junior Designer to support the creative team in producing high-quality design assets across digital and print channels. This role involves collaborating with designers and account teams to translate creative briefs into engaging visual outputs while building core design skills. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and a keen interest in social media trends. The position allows for hybrid work, based in London Victoria three days a week.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Excellent understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with Figma and UX/UI principles highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce design assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Support turning creative briefs into concepts.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and maintain tidy files.
• Collaborate to apply feedback and ensure quality control.
• Assist with asset management and keep projects structured.
