A global furniture design company is looking for an experienced Interim Facilities Manager / Office Manager to manage their Knaresborough office. The successful candidate will oversee all office and facilities management aspects, ensuring excellent user experience across multiple sites. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This is a 6-month interim hybrid role, offering a flexible blend of remote and onsite work.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an office manager, facilities manager, or Personal Assistant.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Warm, professional, and engaging manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the MD.
  • Ensure all sites are well run and organized.
  • Organize reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
