This hybrid role involves managing a team of ER Advisors and leading on complex employee relations matters. Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing employee relations within the public sector.
• Experience managing cases through to employment tribunal hearings.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

• Lead cases that progress to employment tribunals.
