Job summary

A leading law firm is seeking an Interim Employee Relations Manager to support their Essex based team for 6 months. This hybrid role involves managing a team of ER Advisors and leading on complex employee relations matters. Candidates must have proven experience in public sector employee relations and knowledge of UK employment law. You will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position in the company in the future.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing employee relations within the public sector.
  • Experience managing cases through to employment tribunal hearings.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of ER Advisors.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Lead cases that progress to employment tribunals.
  • Partner with managers to build capability in handling ER matters.
  • Support on TUPE projects.
