Qualifications

• Fully accredited at IAA Level 1, 2 or 3.
• At least 1 year of experience in immigration and asylum legal advice & representation.
• Confident liaising with clients, authorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and casework assistance in all areas of UK immigration law.
• Record all contact with the client and actions taken on attendance notes.
• Interview and advise clients regarding Immigration / Asylum law and procedures.
