This role offers a broad, hands-on position across HR and Learning & Development functions, requiring at least 3 years of experience in an HR environment and strong IT skills. Responsibilities include providing administrative support for various HR processes, recruitment, and managing training events. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR environment, ideally in financial services.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and confidence with new systems.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR processes.
  • Support with recruitment activities including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage new joiner and leaver processes, including onboarding tasks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Support the Head of Learning & Development with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate training events and manage logistics.
