Job summary

A healthcare organization in Grays is seeking an Administration Assistant to provide full administrative support within the Human Resources Directorate. The role includes advising on HR matters, maintaining databases, and ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate should have strong IT and literacy skills, experience in NHS environments is preferred. This position supports hybrid working and offers competitive wages between £24,937 and £26,598 per annum, pro rata plus High Cost Area Allowance.

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel independently across the geographical area of the Trust when required.
  • Previous NHS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR administration advice and support by telephone and email to Managers, staff, and the HR Department.
  • Maintain various databases across the HR work streams to ensure accurate records.
  • Assist with covering reception areas across Trust sites on an ad-hoc basis as required.
