Qualifications

  • Experience in providing support and/or training in financial services.
  • Ability to work efficiently and deliver process improvements.
  • Good understanding of tax and financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training for the Financial Services division.
  • Support changes to Life Sales processes and systems.
  • Identify issues and propose mitigation plans efficiently.

Skills

Experience working in Financial Service functions
Technical understanding of financial services regulatory regimes
Business process improvements
Understanding of tax and Financial Planning solutions
Using Training software - ideally Articulate
