FTC - 5 month contract

Core hours: 9am -5:30PM (37.5) - free parking

Hybrid 2/3 days office

What You'll Do:
  • Diary Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between executives and various departments, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Project Support: Assist with project management tasks, from organising documents to tracking deadlines.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle day‑to‑day administrative functions, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and organise team events and meetings that foster collaboration and boost morale.
