Qualifications

  • Experience of working in an administrative role is essential.
  • Previous experience in the motor insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of all aspects of motor insurance is preferred.
  • Some knowledge of complaint handling practices is necessary.
  • Knowledge of FCA requirements, particularly Consumer Duty.

Responsibilities

  • Log, triage, and allocate incoming work for the Customer Relations team.
  • Develop a feedback mechanism for Financial Ombudsman decisions.
  • Monitor compliance with complaint handling rules.
  • Communicate with policyholders professionally via email and post.
  • Support the implementation of the Customer Relations Strategy.
