Qualifications

• AAT qualified and/or part-qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ACA with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills, highly numerate, and meticulous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining client relationships.
• Proactive problem solver with interest in process optimisation.
• Experience in a Credit Control or finance role within an agency or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit control processes including overdue payments and payment plans.
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts and incoming payments.
• Prepare and process sales and supplier invoices.
• Support cash flow forecasting and assist in financial audits.
• Collaborate with the finance team on transactions and debt collection.
