• Self-motivated and organised, able to drive projects through to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project sites are managed effectively and operate smoothly.
• Oversee several refurbishments and fit-out schemes simultaneously.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain seamless delivery.
• Track progress against programme milestones and provide clear reporting to the wider team.
• Maintain rigorous quality control and proactively resolve any issues during construction and fit-out.
