Qualifications

  • Good understanding of UK corporate governance requirements from either industry or professional services experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure statutory compliance and Companies House filings.
  • Manage subsidiaries in the UK and internationally.
  • Administer share schemes and support corporate governance projects.

Education

Graduate member of CGI or working towards qualification
