Qualifications

• Proactive and skilled Cloud Engineer with a passion for cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Effective communicator who enjoys collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cloud representative for assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as an escalation point for support issues.
• Maintain visibility of cloud service incidents.
• Identify cloud performance trends and security threats.
• Assist or lead cloud pre-staging of infrastructure.
• Attend and contribute to customer-facing meetings.

Skills

Experience with supporting public cloud and/or traditional on-premises infrastructure

Knowledge of supporting infrastructure on VMware, Hyper-V, Windows/Linux servers, Microsoft Azure/AWS

Good understanding of core networking concepts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
