This hybrid role allows for both remote and office work, requiring regular client interaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance, strong customer service skills, and a calm approach under pressure. Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling Commercial Insurance portfolios.
  • Ability to handle renewal negotiations with insurers.
  • Strong communication skills with business clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own portfolio of business customers.
  • Responsible for all aspects of client accounts including renewals.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to meet their insurance needs.
