Qualifications

• Desirable: HVAC apprenticeship with C&G Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Level 2 / Level 3.
• HND or Degree qualified in a Technical Discipline.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support to existing customers.
• Technical review of engineer reports to identify missed problems.
• Scope out remedial works and feed to the Service Sales team.
• Support field engineering teams with information and guidance.
• Produce RAMS for work coordination.
• Manage call-out requests and liaise with area coordinators.
• Participate in the Out of Hours Duty Manager rota.
