Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Blackburn is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor. You will be responsible for mechanical maintenance and supervising engineers in a large commercial property. The ideal candidate will hold relevant mechanical qualifications and have strong supervisory skills. This role offers a salary of up to GBP44,000, 25 days of annual leave, and a company pension scheme.

Are you an experienced HVAC Supervisor looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of mechanical maintenance. A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a HVAC Supervisor to join their growing team, covering a large critical property based in Blackburn.

Responsibilities

• Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance.
• Working on a Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm (40hrs) work week.
• Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of mechanical building equipment, AHU's, FCU's, Pumps, Motors, Generators, Filters and etc.
• Organising RAMS, H&S, Subcontractors, Toolbox talks, organising jobs etc.

Qualifications

• You will hold mechanical qualifications, Level 2 Mechanical NVQ/C&G's
• Experience supervising other engineers and apprentices is essential.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
