Key Responsibilities
  • HVAC Installations & Repairs: Remove, install, and replace HVAC systems and components
  • System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems to identify issues
  • Repair Quotes: Accurately build quotes for repairs and services
  • Customer Education: Provide customers with insights on HVAC systems and products
  • Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular system checks and maintenance
  • Training & Mentoring: Assist in the development of junior team members
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients
  • Adhere to Codes: Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and standards
  • Physical Tasks: Perform heavy lifting (50-100 lbs), work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work outdoors as necessary
