HVAC Mechanical Estimator Nottingham

A successful Facilities Management company are currently recruiting for an HVAC Mechanical Estimator to join their team in Nottingham. They provide high quality, cost‑effective, energy‑efficient systems and, due to growth, need an Estimator with some design experience to join the team.

As Estimator you will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC projects. You will review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC and mechanical systems, and work closely with design teams to review and optimise system designs.

• Have a strong background in HVAC cost estimates for HVAC projects
• Ideally, have a relevant qualification in HVAC mechanical services or relevant experience
• Extensive experience in HVAC and mechanical estimating and understanding of HVAC systems and design principles
• Be proficient in estimating software and spreadsheets
• Be a good communicator and have excellent problem‑solving skills

The role offers salary circa £40,000 – £50,000 plus company car or car allowance, company phone and laptop, contributory pension and bonus scheme.
